About me … in english

Hey there!

Let me introduce myself🙂 My name is Joana and I was born in Brussels 25 years ago. I was raised there and moved to London to study Environmental Engineering in the most lovely uni in the world … UCL! After I finished my degree I decided to move to Spain to do a Masters in Madrid in Renewable Energies.  Although I though I was going to work in the Renewable Energies sector, I ended up working for one of the most important consultancy & audit firms … PwC, as a Sustainability Consultant.

I decided to start off this blog after a couple years ago whilst doing my Masters to talk about my lifestyle and prove my mom that I was eating right so that she doesn’t have to worry about me lacking any nutrients. I’ve been a vegetarian for about 10 years now and I love organic food, to try new things and carry out a healthy life style … without being too obsessed about it.

This blog is about vegetarianism, food, running and health in general.

  2. Hi Joana, thanks for stopping by and following my blog. I love that yours is in Spanish. It makes it like an adventure to find out what each recipe is. I like to guess first, then see how close I am when I get the English version. Take care, Tracy.
