I’ve been very busy lately with work … so I haven’t been able to post anything … Although I’ve been making some healthy smoothies with superfoods, summery salad and nice vegan cheeses!
I can’t believe it’s been already a year … I’ve enjoyed a lot this and will promise to carry on posting stuff even if it’s less often than I wished. This experienced has pushed me to cook even further, try new ingredients and dished found on the web or books (e.g. Miyoko’s Cheese book) and share my meals with you guys.
