Following pictures show what I had for breakfast, lunch and dinner 😀
Mijo Spinach croquettes with tomatoes, cheese and corn … with some rice cake … followed by a desert of strawberry ice-cream (homemade too!) with some Kefir and granola
Aubergines filled with quinoa, red pepper, corn and onion with a side of polenta, carrots & radish and small home made bread ball (not awesome tho) followed by some yogurt with some chocolate and oats.
