Whenever you can … choose organic

I usually read the women’s health magazine and though it would be interesting to post it’s last post on their ‘food’ section. I found interesting a post which discusses a recent study realised by the Stamford University – ‘Organic Food No More Nutritious Than Non-OrganicStudy Questions How Much Better Organic Food Is’ – that highlights the lack of nutritional differences between organic and conventional foods, but it’s more than that what makes consumers bio organic (bio in spanish and french). The online magazine describes why it’s still worth buying organic and describes 8 reasons why we should always try to buy organic food, even if at a higher cost, on the long run it’s worth it…

  1. Less pesticides found
  2. Less likelihood of killer superbug infections
  3. Poisonous rain safe
  4. Sewage sludge ban
  5. GMOs
  6. Drugged meat safe
  7. Natural additives used
  8. More stable prices
